Optimization of rapid-repair material ratio and performance analysis based on orthogonal test

Through orthogonal experimental design, the influence of water-binder ratio, binder-sand ultrafine mineral admixture content, and steel fiber content on fluidity basic mechanical properties rapid-repair materials was studied. The optimal mixing ratio parameters were determined, its swelling shrinkage performance microstructure analyzed. results showed that most significant factors affecting materials. in material led to pull-out failure significantly affected flexural strength but had a relatively small effect compressive strength. With determined mix proportion, good high early strength, bonding volume stability. At age 3 h, material’s 13.7 MPa 27.8 MPa, respectively, adhesive 3.65 MPa. limited expansion rate 56 d-age repair 326.5 × 10−6, which can better meet requirements repairing highway pavement bridge joints reopen traffic within h repair.
